I had an excellent experience at NTB when I had all four of my tires replaced. Mark provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my tire options without making me feel pressured. As part of the service, Mark also inspected my brakes and let me know that while they were still okay, they may need to be replaced in the near future. I really appreciated him taking the time to check them and keeping me informed without trying to sell me something I didn't immediately need. That honesty and attention to detail gave me confidence that my vehicle was being well cared for. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and completed on time. I left knowing my new tires were installed properly and with a better understanding of my vehicle's maintenance needs. I highly recommend NTB, and especially Mark, for anyone looking for professional, honest, and reliable service.

Don't come here! I don't understand how there are such good reviews on Google, but on Yelp they have bad reviews. I brought my car here based on Google reviews. Big mistake, I got an alignment and four new tires. I only got the tires because it was easier, but their prices are at least 20% higher than the competitors. I had to bring my car back several times because of a tire sensor issue. I was told that my sensors were "sensitive", I've had this car for 5 years, bought it brand new. I never had "sensitive" issues. After my wheels were installed, I asked if they checked the bolts, joints, and wheel structure, because something was loose and my car wasn't handling the same. Then said if it's an issue, take it to the dealership (that's what Mo said). However, they could have easily fixed the issue. And when my car was done, I went back in and asked Mark the manager if they checked it, he said "they always check when they work on the car". The tech who worked on my car scoffed and said "I ain't mess up no tires". I left and went to another mechanic. Turns out my wheel was literally about to fall off!!! THEY DIDN'T TIGHTEN THE BOLTS! Highly Recommend Mark at NTB! My tire blew out on the highway, and my first instinct was to tow my car to NTB, which is close to my home. I’ve always appreciated the manager there, so when I was greeted by a young man I didn't recognize, I felt a slight pang of disappointment. However, this young man, Mark, turned out to be exceptionally warm and welcoming. Using his deep professional expertise, he clearly explained the differences in pricing and quality standards across various tire brands. He made it incredibly easy for a layman like me to make an informed decision. Shortly after, the team efficiently took care of everything and got me back on the road with a smile. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Mark and Dave at NTB Tire. We were traveling a long distance for a wedding when we ran into an issue with our tires and needed an emergency balance. Mark and Dave got us taken care of quickly and professionally, allowing us to safely continue our trip. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us get back on the road. In a stressful situation, they made the process easy and gave us complete confidence in their work. Start with the ending, because it tells you everything about how this shop reasons: after their brake job failed, their regional manager agreed a refund was available on one condition — that I remove the brake parts from my car and return them. Read that condition slowly. To be refunded for a defective brake installation, I must un-install my own brakes, render my car undrivable, and hand the physical evidence of their workmanship back to the people who produced it. A condition that can only be satisfied by creating the exact safety hazard the refund exists to cure is not a policy; it is a wall built to be unclimbable. Used friction components cannot be restocked or resold, so the "return" serves no business purpose at all — its only function is to be impossible. Now the sequence that led there: I paid for brake service plus fluid work $1300,00+. The next day I found the radiator cap had been left off — roughly half my coolant had emptied across the engine bay. Their remedy: wipe it down. The latent risk to an engine that ran low on coolant: mine to keep, undocumented; Within a week, metal-on-metal grinding from the brakes they had just installed. I drove 50 miles on steel-to-ro
